A little girl named Goldilocks came upon this brick Dutch Colonial house in Merritt Hill. She knocked & no one answered, so in she went. She could see from the foyer wood floors were everywhere so she went into the spacious living then into the dining room to see the beautiful back yard from the bay window. Not interested in the porridge she zipped through the fully equipped (fridge, dishwasher, stove) kitchen to see the shelves & the cabinets beside the fireplace (gas logs) in the keeping room. Oh the wonderful large Florida room with all the windows made her wonder just how large is this house? So with that she headed up the stairs but not before she visited the half bath & office. The 3 big bedrooms & 2 baths made her wish this was her house. Hearing a noise she ran back to the 1st floor to the laundry room (washer & dryer convey) then to the 2 car garage where she saw the Bear Family! Escaping to the partially finished basement to hide she sat down in front of the fireplace (gas logs) & fell asleep dreaming this was her home. Heat pump & gas.
